Thank you for making mortgage refinance that much easier

I was referred to Dimitri Ivanov by my real estate agent as an individual that would be able to help me with my residential refinancing needs.
The same day of said referral, Mr. Ivanov called me and spoke with great intelligence and interest concerning my financial affairs.
Shortly afterwards, I had an appointment with Mr. Ivanov and I was welcomed into his place of business with great respect and professionalism.
I was offered a rate of 3.85% which I was completely content with, however, after I attended the lawyer’s office to finalize our transactions, Mr Ivanov contacted me with fantastic news stating that he was able to provide a lower interest rate of 3.75%.
I was utterly pleased with the fact that Mr. Ivanov contacted me whenever he said he would, responded to all of my messages whether they were sent via email or voicemail, and was honest enough to inform me that he could offer me a lower interest rate (and by doing so cut into his profit margin).
In addition to competently handling all of my financial needs, he paid for a year subscription of house magazines, offered for me to call him to get in touch with his personal contacts if needed around the house (i.e.: plumber), he explained how I could receive the most money on income tax returns, he went through the legal documents and explained everything in simple understandable language and while doing all of the above, he added his extremely pleasant personality to make my whole experience enjoyable.
Overall, I am really happy with meeting Mr. Ivanov, and I would recommend him and his company, “Mortgage Intelligence” to anyone in need of financial services.
